Having constant Itching to me & my kids

Asked for Male, 37 Years

Hi I m living in Dubai and past almost 4 months I m having too much intching and now from past 2-3 months my kids also start itching and they have small mosquito bites and rashes, we took lots of medicines as prescribed by Dermo nothing worked, please advise something effective as I have spent a lot of money to cure it. Tell me the reason also.
