Having brown patches on neck stomach

I am having brown patches near my neck and stomach at first it was noticed 4 to 5 years ago when it was very small patch around the chest but it started increasing with time it has reached on my right shoulder now nd it cover a big area and it is also coming to my neck now there is some starting small patches on my stomach also which r incrsin
