Hi. Bad breath or as we call it Halitosis is a problem that arises because of many reasons like poor oral hygiene, smoking and chewing tobacco, certain health problems, dry mouth etc.
The most important protocol to ensure no bad breath is to get your teeth and gums routinely cleaned (scaling) atleast once in a year and secondly maintain a good oral hygiene by correct methods of brushing teeth twice a day, flossing, occasional use of mouthwash, and most importantly cleaning the tongue with a good tongue cleaner.
