Having back pain since more than 1.5 yrs
I had injury 1.5yrs back. As i am working in merchant navy i have to lift the weight. But whenever i lift the i dont feel any pain at time. But after sometime pain will star. Pain normally increase when i sit.its going to the legs both.i have attached mri reports.pls suggest me something permanant solution.

I think you need to learn how to maintain your posture while lifting weights or sitting down. Ideally no lifting weights is advised. However speak to physiotherapist and learn spinal core muscle strengthening exercises

Back extension exercises,regular physiothearapy For 6 weeks is advisable If no relief Nerveroot block should help
