Having abdominal pain

Asked for Male, 29 Years

Having pain in my ride side abdominal. Feeling pain only in the evening and night before having dinner and the same is not there in the morning. Please advise me about what kind of tests to be taken and what causes this.

Pain can be due to many reasons even due to indigestion. Get an ultrasound abdomen done which will reveal if there is any underlying problem. Take tablet meftal spas 1 tablet whenever there is pain. If problem persists consultant Gastroenterologist. Further treatment can be done on the basis of ultrasound report. Take tab Pantop-D 1 tab once daily empty stomach.
