Having a painless tounge white spot
Dr. I have a painless tounge white spot on right side of tounge totally painless from last 6 months and I have no habit and I am attaching my tongue picture please check and confirm whether it is normal or something else, every one is asking to consult online . No one is telling whether it is normal or not. Please reply 🙏.

It is not normal. It happens when your digestive system  is not good . for proper  treatment you can consult  here. Do not take tea and coffe. Do not take garm tasir food and fruit. Do not eat spicy food.

Oral spots are generally due to extra heat produced in gut because of eating spicy food and less intake of water. Drink plenty of water and avoid spicy food for several days Apply Smyle oral gel ( ayurvedic ) for 5 days twice a day
