Sir, always keep your digestive track in good condition. Avoid spicy, sour, oily, fried, bakery items and non vegetarian food. Intake freshly prepared warm cooked food. Include lots of green leafy vegetables and fruits in your diet. Chew your food nicely. Avoid heavy food at night. Drink warm water only. You can add cumin seeds/ dried ginger/ tulsi etc while boiling the water. Follow a strict daily routine. Start the day before 7. Do yoga/ any exercise. Have timely meals and sleep before 9.
