Facing severe back pain from Past 5 years, I worked whole day in sitting position for last 10 years and now changed life style but still have same problem. The pain it's 24*7 was able to manage with exercise and yoga but the pain level is not going to zero. Consulted general physicians but no use. Pls help what could be next step.
