Have sensetive,itchy scalp and hairfall
Want a sls,paraben,silicon ,diy,fragrance free shampoo. I have sensetive scalp for this reason when i use shampoo..then the next day ..my scalp getting dry and then itching started..and have excessive hair fall . I have experimented with many types of shampoo...also the renowned baby shampoo but doesn't work anything. Please tell me a mild shampoo which helps to control my hairfall and itching problems

Shampoo is not a solution for sensitive scalp. Sometimes hairfall is associated with sensitivity which we call trichodynia. There are many reasons for hair fall. So first and foremost we have to find the cause with the help of detailed history and examination. Some of the common causes are nutritional deficiency, hormonal causes like androgenic alopecia or patterned baldness, hypothyroidism, telogen effluvium etc. Unless we find and treat the cause there is no point in giving non specific treatment. Oils or shampoos do not have any effect on hair growth as they are not absorbed in the skin.
