I've recently noticed that I've lost a fair amount of weight (7-8 lbs) over the past month and a half. Throughout the month of December, I had some girl issues I was dealing with in which for a few weeks, I was sick to my stomach everyday and hardly eating. Now that it's past, I'm eating more but still a little concerned about weight change. I exercise consistently and just bought weight gainer to hopefully ease my mind. I'm 26, 6'2" and weigh 180.
Can you please provide some insight?

Weight loss was because you were worrying, may in fighting mode or fleeing mode. Both ways, your body’s metabolism was high, and because of negative emotions, your appetite was lost. Means your body producing more energy, and so you lost on some weight. You don't need weight gainers. And now your emotions back to normal, your appetite is back to normal, and if if you keep taking weight gainers, you are surely going to gain the double amount whatever you have lost.
