Hey!It is grade 4 adenoid hypertrophy.
Adenoid are a bunch of lymphoid tissues which provides immunity to your child . If hypertrophied can cause snorning,sleeping with mouth open,irritability during day due to poor sleep,dental crowding, elongated face.
