Have pain in right chest
I have right chest pain.Got 3 MRI chest, 3 breast ultrasounds , 2 Xrays done and all came normal.
No cough, no breathlessness so far. ECG, Echo are absolutely fine.
So got MRI spine done this time and the report is attached.
But no lower back pain, no neck pain. Can the bulging discs cause chest pain ?

No ideally should not , costo condritis or myofacial pain are few possibilities where you can get chest pain and your investigations will be normal
Please check your Vit D3 levels Serum Ca , Vit B12 , ESR , CRP these are simple blood investigations

On the other hand , costochondritis , rib injury and other causes can cause chest pain.
