Have obesity , thyroid and constipation
I am 31 year old with 5 ft 1 inch height, And weight 91 kg, I have thyroid from last 5 years and continuous constipation problem. I want reduce my weight by 10 kg in next 2-3 month. I have tried many diet and also reduced wt bt 2-3 kg but it always bounce back Please suggest some plan to reduce weight

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
