Have lump on my hand

Question

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I have 3lumps on my hand.2 is on left hand and 1 on right.i attached photo of left hand because it is large and seen eyes other not seen by eyes but sense it by pressing.this lump pains after pressing too.and othera not pains and they are small.this is from last 3years and other two are recently came.please give me solution and which doctor can i show this
