Lichen planus pigmentosus pigmentation take very long time to go.. if it's active you need different medicines.. for inactive disease you can use these.. but pigmentation takes long time and various other treatment modalities can be used such as laser, chemical peeling.. get a direct consultation for detailed information and treatment
