Have a cough that won't go away.
I have a dry cough since last 4 years, but I'm not sick. Took all kind of tablets given by doctors, I'm running behind the hospitals but nobody diagnosed properly. Now from last 4 month cough is too much. I can't sleep properly n night. Facing sleepless night.

Ok....but need to ask you few questions regarding your problem. If you can consult then it will be great. Without proper history talking anything is difficult. Rest is up to you.

buy a spirometer and try to lift the balls and hold it as long as you can. do some breathing exercises. like anulome vilome and pranayama. add vit c in your diet through natural sources. add some antiinflammatory foods like garlic... turmeric... ginger. avoid spicy food. drink plenty of water. don't eat and lie down keep atleast 2 hours of gap. don't over eat. start some physical exercises. consult if possible.
