Has some blade cut scar of 3yr on wrist

Asked for Female, 23 Years

Get it reMOved asap bcz i feel ashame with it. These r the scar of past 3yr ,i has applied mederma since 3month on it but did get any mend in it. There is no any discomfort over these scar kindly suggest and priscribe the best ointment or medicine for it.
