Haridra Khand is a very good ayurvedic medicine. But I don't believe in "One Size Fits All", that's why I prefer conducting Prakriti Diagnosis and evaluation of patients and their problems. Take Sarasaparilla syrup two tsf thrice s dsy with half glass water for 10 days .then continue if necessary.
Avoid oil,spices.check out to which ur symptoms arise.
