There is a hard swollen part, a little painful just above right hand side collor bone. It was absolutely fine till yesterday night. It is like this once I woke up today. Please suggest.

Any history of trauma ? Is any redness or warmth present over the swelling ? If it's bony hard .. get a xray right shoulder - ap view.
