Hard stool to pass

Asked for Female, 27 Years

Recently she was on fasting on past few days , intake of water was really low... She's Suffering to pass hard stool from yesterday. My aunt gave liquid paraffin to get rid of it, that didn't worked for her.Suggest me any home remedy which will help immediately.
