Hard bulge on knee and below knee
Pls find the attached report and pic I have this bulge on knee and below knee from two months USG is normal this I got it after yoga which I was doing for three months and had been some trekking after that noticed. Avoid excessive squatting or high-strain exercises temporarily Apply hot fomentation over the area for 15 minutes twice daily Use mild anti-inflammatory medication if needed Quadriceps strengthening and stretching exercises.
Next Steps
Most such swellings improve gradually over 4 weeks.If the swelling increases in size or pain, redness or restriction of knee movement develops then MRI of the knee to be done.
