  4. Hand washing issue. Any type of disease?

Today at school I went to the urinal/toilet and after urination I forgot to wash my hands. Then I went to the canteen because my friends were calling me to have food. Hurriedly I went there and Without washing hands I ate cake and rice  with my hands. Will anything happen to me? Will it cause any type of disease?
