Good evening, my brother is on Amisulpride from almost last 5 years due to some psychiatric problem. started at 100mg and now dose is 400 mg. from last month he started having hand tremors. His age is 30 years. is it serious or dhe to this drug.

Dear sir Hand tremors occurs because of various reasons like 1. Anxiety 2. Anti psychotic drugs 3 . Long standing psychiatric illness is itself a risk factor for tremors ( even if patient is not on any drug) 4 . Metabolic disorders like thyroid disorders ?
