Hand tremors
Dear DOCTOR.
Im facing a hand tremor issues for the past 12years. Even I couldn't lift to have a cup of tea. I'm getting literally nervousness and distressed before a people gathering. I tried to skip the coffee or tea bcoz of the issues. I have been with general doctor advise ihave checked thyroid liver function and other majot tests. butcouldn't get the results as on date. Plz advise

It could be that your tests are normal and this is due to anxiety relaxation exercises and CBT WILL HELP YOU overcome it
