Hand pain injury
Hello doctor 25 days ago ,my hand got injured during mopping I feel some jerk in hand while moping .after that I m having pain in my posterior forearm. specially whenever I try to lift any object I feel more pain I don't have pain in palm,but whenever I do any work I feel more pain ,I went to orthopaedic doctor he told me it's becoz overuse muscle and prescribed some painkillers spray and told to do ice pack .but pain is still same it's been a month now it's not healing may I know what is reason ?it is painful.could you please tell me when it will heal or it's curable or not ? because I am scared now it's not improving what I m supposed to do please guide please help me.
