Hand foot mouth virus

Asked for Female, 26 Years

And went to an urgent care today and they told me that I have hand foot mouth. I have started to develop blisters on my hands feet and in my mouth. They said there’s nothing they can give me I just need to drink a lot of fluids and get some sleep. But I am laying in bed right now trying to sleep and my body is twitching and tingling. What do you recommend an order for me to try and sleep.
