Greetings, sorry about the pain. You seem to suffer from ligament strain. Wear a wrist brace for support and try not to lifts weight in the hand until recovery, even lifting water bottle will be difficult. Ice the area twice a day.

see a physio with knowledge about trigger point therapy and get all tight structures around wrist released and relaxed and 60% of pain will go away. it will take another 2 weeks to subside.
