Hand and leg problems
My mom had undergone stent and coiling surgery after that her right side leg and hand is not functioning after physiotherapy now she just moving her hand little bit only we are giving physiotherapy for last 6 months but improvement is little bit only. The hand and fingers are very tight shall we apply any oilment like move or iodex please suggest me some oilments

Hello friend As you said your mother's hand is very tight is the main point of concern. Have you ever visited neurosurgeon? If not please do so. And than we can see what can be done.

Applying pain balm, is not wrong but it is only temporary relief. Your problem seems to be range of movement for which physiotherapy Will help. You need mobilisation by an experienced physiotherapist.

Weight bearing exercises, leaning backward with Palm support, and functional exercises will reduce the spasticity and will bring back normal function of hand. Better consult a Neuro physiotherapist

Hi ur question is gud but external application like ointment tat will not improve ur range r hand function. First we need to assess her after tat we can suggest what we can do for her boz we want to know the current status of her. But ointment will not support for her tis answer for ur question.
