Halucinations and delusions

Asked for Female, 45 Years

Actually my mom says that she hears people speaking and talking to her. and also she responds to them and we can see constant lip movements and hand movements. I find her sitting at one place for a long time. We also tried to take her to hospital for her treatment but she did not and also tried to tell her that this is false that you are hearing but she denies it always.
