  4. Half face pain. Tablets. please help!

Half face pain
Today is the forth day I am suffering from pain at the right side of my face( brow bone, nasal bone, upper and lower teeth and head) I've normal cold since 10 days. I've suffered from the problem earlier also ...now I'm in doubt is it related with neural problems..or simply due to winters..it's not kinda unbearable but quite disturbing. Local doc here gave me paracetamol and b complex tablets. Please help
