My tongue burning and it's look like hairy over 6 month...I have gerd and gastritis...but I used lot of medicine it won't go

Don't worry its not serious disease. Take tablet basitone forte and maintain oral hygiene. This is not black hairy tongue.

Black hairy tongue is not a thing to worry about it will go its own. But the picture u have attached doesn’t look like black hairy tongue. U need to maintain good oral hygiene. Use h2o2 mouth washes 1 tsf diluted in half glass of water and gargle and rinse with it three times a day
