Hi i m 26 yrs old having very itching scalp . Also use to wadh hair regularly eith shampoo. My hairs are so so thin ven hair line is receoding so fast . Now i have controlled to wash it leaving one day pls suggest as my friend suggested for keraboost tablet . Should i start using it .have tried many hair but no imporvment.Pls suggest for keraboost. If ther eid no side effct for further . Also i have lil bit spots of acne on facr scars are light but lil bit gadhdhe r cleary visible on it.pls help

There are many reasons for hair fall. So first and foremost we have to find the cause with the help of detailed history and examination. Some of the common causes are nutritional deficiency, hormonal causes like androgenic alopecia or patterned baldness, hypothyroidism, telogen effluvium etc. Unless we find and treat the cause there is no point in giving non specific treatment. Oils or shampoos do not have any effect on hair growth as they are not absorbed in the skin.
