Hairloss problem
I am facing hairloss problem since last 4-5 years. Consulted from doctors, took so many supplements (Renocia, Carbamide forte etc.) Nothing happened. Recently started taking amla juice daily, didn't see any difference. Tried everything. I can see some baldness on my forehead. I have dandruff problem too but it keeps coming back after trying anti dandruff shampoos. Can't go out for consultation because of Covid situation. Please suggest what can be done and what shampoo/oil to use, or any remedy. Is it ok to use hair oil? What can be done if hairfall is happening because of water quality at home?
