Hairloss male. Should i go for it?

Ive been suffering from hairloss from a year. I used Minoxidil and Serum as adviced by a doctor for 1 month (january). I have a receding hairline and and thin hair in the front and the crown. I have some bald area in the front-sides. My dad is fairly bald in the front, although my grandfather as well as my mom's relatives still have hair. It had a positive result and it stopped the hairfall till april. But in the recent months it has started again and past 2 weeks Im having huge amount of hairfall. A new doctor has adviced me go for mesotherapy treatment under him. Frankly I haven't heard of this treatment and my previous doctor advised me against injections. Plus mesotherapy is 2100 a session. Will mesotherapy be worth the risk and money? I read this doctor's reviews, and his patients say mesotherapy stopped hairfall and even started some regrowth. Are these injections safe? If yes, then why isn't it popular? Should I go for it?
