Consult with a dermatologist first for proper diagnosis of your। concern
Then accordingly go for tests and treatment
Because only tests and correcting them wont help if the main pathology is different as these might be just additional factors leading to hair fall

It depends on the grade...You are suffering from hormonal changes causing Androgenetic alopecia causing hair fall. It's completely stoppable even regrowth of hair is possible with certain medications without any side effects. Treatment depends on the grade of hair loss. So, it's a must for diagnosing which grade, you are in for an effective treatment. Please send photos of your head, by direct online consultation for accurate diagnosis and proper treatment.
You can go for cbc, D3, calcium, B12 and ferritin. However, if it is pattern hairloss then line of treatment will be different than diffuse hairfall. Kindly video consult for proper history and diagnosis.
