Hairline fracture
Hi, I am a 17 year old and I have been having a lot of pain in my wrist of my right hand for the past three days I took an X-ray from a diagnostic centre and the radiologist said that there is no issue it might require a MRI to know if there is any ligament damage but when I was 14 I faced the same issue with my left hand where the radiologist said I had nothing to worry but when the orthopedist came he saw a minor hairline fracture and I had to wear a plaster for a month I think this is the same issue

No fracture but there might be a sprain. Immobilise hand for 2-3 weeks. Apply ice pack locally . Medications like Enzomac and Tendocare will help.
