Hairfall with itching ,pain and dandruff

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Respected sir/ madam I was facing problem of hairfall from last five years with dandruff , itching and paining. If I put hand in my hair at a time 5 to 10 hairs in my hand The hair end with white bulb and some of are break hairs my hair was thinner and side of head reduce hair. Is it male pattern blade? My family members not having this problem Pls suggest me what is the problem and medicine for it Thanking you
