Hairfall!!
Since 1 week have facing hair fall. I do usually oil once in every week with almond oil. I have been using this as it was good for me when it helped in my hair growth 5_6 years ago. I am using shampoo and conditioner every 3rd day. And also never refrain from using hair serum, blow drying, hair spray and haix wax on daily or alternative day basis. Does the hairfall also has something to do with my diet? all this time i was using the same shampoo, conditioner and oil as mentioned above but for 1 month i switched to beardo hair shampoo, conditioner and oil and this was 2 month ago. should i get a hair spa?

You may be suffering from androgenic alopecia which is also called as pattern baldness. The hairs start reducing in density at the crown (top) and also the hairline starts refeeding  from the front. This is usually progressive throughout life unless treated. This is usually accompanied by severe dandruff which we call seborrhoea. The FDA approved treatment for this condition is a lotion and tablets. There is no other alternative. No oil or cream will magically work because the hairs are getting miniaturised  and eventually disappearing due to the hormonal effects on the hair roots. Please call me or  contact me with photos using online consult option for proper examination and treatment. Do not start treatment without consulting. I can give guidance and then you can continue treatment on your own.,
