Hairfall problem
I am losing a lot of hair and very dry hair sometime. I work in night shift. When I wash hair, Oil my hair bunch of hairfall falls. I have TB in 2016 but that was cured other than that I don't have any medical condition. Please let me know.

This is telogen effluvium can be due to hormonal imbalance, stress, lack of sleep,thyroid,vitamin deficiencies,dandruff etc.can be controlled effectively.consult me online for further treatment and discussion

TB has not to do with hair loss now. May be harmonal. Need more details. Share pic of scalp. Consult on practo pro for guidance & prescription.
