Hairfall problem
I am experiencing hairfall for past 3 months. I am having itchy scalp. Its not lice. I am using fungizole shampoo once a week for past 1 month but its not reducing hairfall. I have shared the photo of my scalp. Please advice.

You need to share more details
This could be a reason for hair fall apart from nutritional, stress induced, environmental etc
Only shampooing won't help
