Hair fall of upto 100 hair PER day is normal .. try taking out an average and see the figure. If less than 100 then you are probably in the physiological 'hair shedding season'. Women tend to shed their hair 2 or 3 times a year.. figure out if winter is your season... watch for such a mild rise in hair fall over the other seasons as well. To know if you have a pathological hair fall 1.. does your hair fall every winter ? 2. were you sick 3 months before your hair fall started? 3. Is your lifestyle unhealthy? 4. are your periods irregular 5. do you have thyroid disorder or anemia? .. All these questions need to be answered in person after which a dermatologist will be able to know if you have physiological or pathological hair fall. My sincere suggestion is that irrespective of the count visit an allopathic dermatologist near you.
