Long-standing low hair volume with gradual thinning can be related to genetic factors, hormonal changes, or nutritional deficiencies. Since your scalp is becoming more visible, it is important to evaluate the exact cause before starting treatment. Next Steps ✔️ Maintain a protein-rich diet and manage stress and sleep ✔️ Avoid excessive heat styling or harsh hair treatments ✔️ I recommend taking an online consultation with me so I can assess your hair condition in detail and guide you with the most suitable treatment plan. Helpful Tip Early evaluation and the right treatment can help improve hair density and slow further thinning.

Likely a hormonal pattern baldness if thinning and scalp visibility is there. Would need a long term management and if more than even might need hormonal medication and procedures
