Hairfall issue with acne in face
I am 27 years old and married. I have two children aged 5 and 7. For the past two months, I’ve been experiencing severe hair fall and acne on my face, and I often feel very tired. A few months ago, I did some tests, and the report showed mild anemia. Please suggest what I should do now.
