Hairfall issue since 2 years. Hair fall?

I am suffering through hair fall it's been two years now . I have showed it to every doctor possible . I have also consulted a gynaecologist as it was suggested by my dermatologist . Currently I am taking Diane tablet and biohai once daily and using Tugain solution as I have a bald patch right in front which is not covering at all since two years . I have also taken Ayurvedic treatment which has helped me a little but it is too expensive and I have been taking it from 8-9 months. All my tests reports are normal . Just have a single cyst. I am really worried about this please suggest something . I have gone through every tests possible consulted a lot of doctors but nothing seems to be happening . And how much time does anti androgen takes to work because I have started taking Diane from 3 days but does it worsen hair fall? I am missing hope and I have lost my confidence also my condition is not improving . Every doctor i visit write the same tests and every time my reports r clear plz
