I was having vitamin D deficiency and was facing excess hair fall from sometime now. I had consulted with the doctor was asked to have new follihair tablet 2 times daily for 3 months. Is this dosage is safe?
As on bottle the recommended dosage is 1 tablet daily.
(I am also taking uprise d3 60k weekly for next 4 weeks.)
