My baby boy turned to 7month and having huge hairfall is it normal? If its iron deficiency then what should I add in his diet?
His current weight 6kg approx

Current diet:
Morning 8am: 200ml FM
Breakfast 10am: One fruit plup (banana or apple or papaya) 150-200 ml

This really needs a picture to look at whether there is really a hair fall . Iron rich foods are potato , cereals , green leafy vegetables . You can add potato and what you are giving looks sufficient. Check haemoglobin levels if you are in doubt.
