Greetings! There's no such relation - its just that when you may be working out - you may have noticed more easily the normal hairfall that evryone has - may have been more evident since you may be wiping your scalp frequently after sweating/ or may be shampooing more frequently! Dont stop your work out - eat healthy and burn out healthily in the gym / maintain good personal hygiene!
