Hairfall, dandruff & post pimple spots.

Can you suggest something which could save my hair at first. My hair are 4x lesser than before 5 years. I have dry hair n scalp & also length of my hair is also not as before it is not increasing as fast before. Kindly suggest something which could save my hair in such situation. My scalp is itchy too & some times I itch it hard that my scalp start bleeding from a little section in process of removing dandruff. I just oil & wash my hair &, I had taken hair spa 3 times till now & no chemical treatment, suggest some medicine which could work in a month and boost my hair growth. Also I had scratched my pimples with white water and I don't use any beauty product or cream I have dark spots of post pimple on my face a lot which are not fading from last year. My skin is combination type, it is very oily during summer and very dry during winter, sometimes few parts of my face is oily & some are dry, kindly suggest something which could vanish them in just few months.
