Hairfall and workout. Supplement?
I was earlier of 79kg. So I joined a gym and lost 20kg in 7months. I didn't follow a very strict diet. I didn't specifically give up on any food but worked out 3 hours for 3-4 months andthen lessened my hours in gym. My trainer has suggested me to take BCAA powder and fat cutter capsules now for a lean body. I haven't taken any yet as I am not sure. I have noticed a lot of hairfall from my head and some from pubic region. Which doctor to consult? Is it due to deficiency? Supplements to be taken?

First get your HB n iron levels check . Then check for vitamins minerals .hairloss can be due to many reasons . Stress pollution deficiency etc . Take biotin supplements with good healthy protein diet . Add some cucumbers n onions too in salads with every meal . Consult personally for proper guidance
