Hairfall and skin infecti

Dr. I have hairfall problem for more than a year and also i have fungal infection which i was getting treated by a specialist but still marks are left. Please do tell me what to do to make my hair stronger. Earlier i was having strong and healthy hairs but by this yaer my hairs are half the volume it was. I do not understand the reason. Please tell me what to do to tackle with both the problems
